Boon Leong holds a Master’s Degree in International Construction Management and has over ten years of varied experiences as a principal consultant and trainer in business management systems. He coaches management and staff in achieving their best business practices. Prior to that, he had a wealth of experience in various business sectors for ten years as a practicing engineer and lecturer. Over the last ten years Boon Leong has assisted more than 120 companies in business system certifications. Boon Leong continually upgrades his skills and knowledge, is a registered Professional Engineer, quality management system Lead Auditor and Certified Professional Trainer.

Boon Leong has served as the Singapore and S.E. Asia representative of Zalkin Training & Development (ZTD) since 1995.
